The TVCC Foundation is managed by a 18-25 member volunteer Board of Directors representing a wide geographic area and the ethnic communities which TVCC serves. The Board meets every month throughout the year. Board members serve two four-year terms or as designated by the Nominations Committee. The Foundation is comprised of committees with specific responsibilities for Investments, Fund and Friend Raising, Membership and Recruitment, and other efforts as needed. Committees report to the Executive Committee, which is elected by the Board membership. Officers include a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, and Immediate Past Chair. Two at-large persons are also elected to the Executive Committee.
